Welcome to Credorbit! By registering or using our platform, you ("Customer" or "you") agree to these Customer Services Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
- Platform: The Credorbit website (https://credorbit.com/) and/or mobile application.
- Services: Includes CAM reports, analysis reports, loan eligibility check, loan application processing, and any other services offered by Credorbit.
- CAM Report / Analysis Report: A document or analysis generated by Credorbit based on financial statements and documents provided by the customer or channel partner.
- Channel Partner (CP): A person or entity registered as a channel partner to distribute, resell, or use Credorbit reports or services.
- Report Limitation of Liability: CAM reports, analysis report and loan eligibility check are informational tools prepared based solely on data provided by customers or channel partners. Credorbit disclaims any liability for business decisions or financial outcomes based on such reports. Channel Partners and customers understand and agree that using these reports is at their own risk, and Credorbit is not responsible for direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from their use.
2. Eligibility
By registering, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
- You are using the Platform for lawful purposes related to your financial or business activities.
- All information and documents you provide are true, complete, and accurate.
3. Services Provided
Credorbit provides customers with:
- Onboard with PAN, Mobile Number and E-mail id
- Instant Loan Eligibility check
- Ability to upload and process financial data.
- Generation of Analysis Reports
- Automated generation of CAM reports
- Wallet & Subscription options to manage and pay for services.
- Other tools or services Credorbit may introduce
3A. CAM Report, Analysis Report and Loan Eligibility- Disclaimer
- CAM reports, analysis report and loan eligibility check informational tools only.
- They are generated automatically based solely on the data submitted by the customer.
- Credorbit does not independently verify the accuracy or completeness of Customer data.
- These do not guarantee, promise, or assure that any lender will approve or sanction a loan or financial product.
- Lending decisions are entirely at the discretion of independent lenders.
- Use of CAM reports, analysis report and loan eligibility is entirely at your own risk.
4. Wallet and Subscription Rules
- Credorbit offers a wallet that can be pre-loaded with credits to access CAM reports, analysis reports, loan eligibility check and services offered by Credorbit.
- Subscription plans may include bundled reports, tools, or other benefits, as detailed on the Platform/website.
- Credorbit does not independently verify the accuracy or completeness of Customer data.
- Rules for wallet usage, subscription plan validity, and included benefits are displayed on the Credorbit website and may change from time to time.
- Use of wallet or subscriptions must follow these rules and any special terms published on the Platform.
5. Wallet Credit: Validity & Policy
Currently, wallet credits:
- Do not expire
- Are non-transferable
- Are non-refundable
Credorbit reserves the right to change this policy, including introducing expiry, transfer, or refund conditions, at its sole discretion and with or without prior notice to customers or channel partners.
6. Responsibilities of Customers
By using the Platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and updated information and financial documents.
- Use the Platform lawfully and ethically.
- Keep your login ID, password, and OTPs confidential.
- Immediately notify Credorbit of unauthorized use of your account.
- Cooperate with Credorbit in addressing grievances or verifying documents.
- Use CAM reports and tools responsibly and understand their informational nature.
7. Waivers
By using Credorbit, you expressly agree that:
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.
- CAM reports and tools are based on your data and do not replace independent professional advice.
- You waive claims against Credorbit for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or reports.
- Decisions based on CAM reports or other tools are at your own discretion and risk.

9. Privacy
By using the Platform, you consent to our collection, storage, and processing of your data in line with the Privacy Policy published on our website.
10. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, software, CAM reports, analysis reports, and platform content are owned by Credorbit or licensed to us. You must not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit them without prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Credorbit's total liability for any claim (contractual, tortious, or otherwise) is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim, if any.
12. Amendments
Credorbit may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the revised Terms. Please check them periodically.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
